Saratoga BITUMÌ waterproofs, seals, fills, plugs, blocks, covers and protects.
BITUMÌ is an elastomeric spray membrane ideal for waterproofing and sealing roofs, fiber cement sheets, terraces, roof tiles, shingles, gutters, chimneys, skylights, water collection tanks, flashings, walls, overflows, wall cracks, vents, and frames. It can also be used to paint and protect flower boxes, fountains, and vases, and to protect surfaces. Ideal for all surfaces, it is particularly suitable for wood, sheet metal, aluminum, steel, concrete, and bitumen. It adheres and protects without the need for a brush or roller.
It allows you to encapsulate and consolidate damaged concrete roofing surfaces, fix damaged or loose roofing and sheathing, and permanently seal holes and chips. It covers and protects surfaces without damaging them. It has a long-lasting protective effect; if used regularly, at least twice a year (and in any case as soon as the surface begins to deteriorate), its protective effect is increased.
